Let’s Talk About Your Walls
This is a no-pressure, complimentary consultation—just a chance to explore ideas together
Whether you're full of ideas or just feeling that your space needs something, our first conversation is about listening. I want to understand your needs, your space, and your vision—and together, we’ll discover what’s possible.
There’s no obligation, no commitment, and no pressure. Just a genuine, creative conversation.
Here’s How It Works
Step 1: Initial Meeting – Discovery
Together we’ll discuss:
The space’s purpose and feel, dimensions, colors, lighting, style
Your timeline, budget, and expectations, design preferences and dislikes
Mood, function, traffic flow
If you're unsure of your budget, I’ll offer clear pricing guidance, for example:
Murals: $25–$35 per sq. ft.
Decorative Finishes: $10–$25 per sq. ft.
I'll take photos, measurements, and notes to begin designing your custom piece.
Step 2: Sketches & Visual Presentation
In our second meeting, I’ll present:
Mockups/photoshopped design concepts
Visualizations of your actual walls with design ideas
Optional paint/color samples that complement your space
A pricing estimate based on your selected direction
If decorative finishes are being considered, I’ll provide custom samples at this stage.
Step 3: Revisions (if needed)
If you'd like to tweak the design, I’ll make one round of modifications.
Please note:
To keep things fair and manageable, I offer up to two complimentary meetings and revisions. After that, additional revisions may be offered for a small design fee depending on availability.
Step 4: Project Booking
Once you approve the design:
We schedule the project start and end dates
A 40% deposit reserves your spot and confirms the booking
And then—the magic begins!
Common Questions
-
Yes! No cost, no pressure. It’s a creative chat to see if we’re a good fit.
-
That’s perfectly okay! Many of my clients come with only a feeling. I’ll help guide you with ideas, visuals, and references.
-
The design phase typically takes 1–2 weeks. The painting timeline depends on the scope of work—but we’ll build a timeline that works for you.
-
Not at all. If you have photos, inspiration, or color swatches, bring them! But if not, I’ll lead the way.

I understand that inviting someone to paint your walls is a big deal. That’s why I take the time to understand you and your space before we ever talk about paint colors. My consultations are about connection, not sales.
